Outdoor fitness and strength for everyone. 121 and Group training to reach your fitness goal. FAST can help with all aspects of health and fitness: Strength, Conditioning, Weight loss/gain, Injury Rehabilitation, Sports Performance.
121 training you receive in depth personalised training working towards your goals that includes: posture and movement assessment, nutritional and lifestyle support, take home exercises and load management for other training/sports.
Group sessions are ideal for reaching goals with other. FAST has a maximum of 12 people for each group session meaning you get quality coaching and the most out of the session.
