Arlene is a birth educator, teacher, doula, yoga teacher and speaker advocating the empower of women to birth from their essence with a trust of their body and its ability to birth.

Trained originally with lineage of Scaravelli Teachers Sandra Sabatini, Elizabeth Lutz-Pauncz, John Stirk, Peter Blackey, Liz McRory and more. Member of AIYP since 2000 and now a member and Level 4 British Wheel of Yoga Teacher.

Specialises in prenatal yoga, postural alignment yoga "Yoga for healthy backs" (2013), Hatha Yoga. Work students on a 1-1 or in a group workshop way. So you always feel informed and aligned in your practice.

Teaches in Waltham Forest & the Isle of Dogs.
