I am a female personal trainer in the city of London! My passion is helping transform women's lives not only physically but mentally and to create a positive outlook on life and body image. I do a lot a weight training and I try to breakdown the stigma that weight training makes you big and bulky, however I incorporate many different training styles in my clients sessions to get real people real results.
I also like to help females who find it hard to put on weight, weather that's due to small appetites or just being naturally slim. Its just as hard to put on weight as it is to lose it.
