I have a belief that an understanding of the mechanics is essential in becoming a better golfer. Now how in depth this understanding is and what aspects of technique need to be understood is decided by and tailored to the student. You may have an engineer to wants to know their exact launch angle goals with the driver, in which case a lesson on the GC2 launch monitor would be ideal for them to maximise their lesson time and talent. You may also have your average club golfer who doesn't mind what his launch monitor numbers are so long as the ball is going further, straighter and the number on the scorecard is getting smaller.
