Judy has been practising Iyengar Yoga since 1992 to recover from a back injury and to quiet a busy mind and was immediately inspired by its creative approach. Classes are tailored to individual abilities, and props may be used to avoid injury. You will be adjusted to ensure you are doing the poses correctly and get the most out of the practise.
Judy’s teaching is enthusiastic and you will supported to progress at your own pace. With regular attendance you can become more flexible, coordinated, stronger and more confident, and have fun!
She offers weekly public classes in Islington and private classes at her well equipped home studio. She also offers private classes in offices, homes and schools.
