KFIT GYM AND FITNESS
Here at KFit Gym and Fitness we offer a truly platinum service that is unique, personalized and truly friendly.
We have two gyms catering for the cardio and fitness enthusiasts and the other for the more advanced trainer.
Both come fully equipped with the latest equipment and are exceptionally well maintained and clean say our members.
We also have our own totally private Platinum Personal Training Studio for our one to one clients. Not everyone feels comfortable training in the main gyms, even though we offer a truly friendly atmosphere. So Platinum PT was created for those clients who are searching for this service.
We have several classes on offer and will have more in 2018. MELT is fast becoming one of the most popular classes headed by 2001 world champion Karl it is 30 mins of HIIT at its best...the girls love it :)
