MY-YOGA classes are informal and relaxed and the focus is on you, so you can follow your own pace and get the most out of the practice.
MY-YOGA combines the traditional Hatha static postures with a dynamic element that creates vitality and spontaneity, we use "tuning your body” techniques to open the body and accommodate all levels of fitness and ability. Normally music plays to stimulate all your senses and we practice dynamic sun salutations and sequences. In each class we use mindfulness, meditation and breath tecniques (pranayama) to calm the mind and connect to our higher energies. Deep relaxation at the end of each class allows for the changes to settle in your body and makes you feel worderfully blissfull!
Qualifications & Memberships
2007 - 200hours Hatha yoga teacher at the Yoga Vidya Gurukul ashram in India.
2009 - 300hours Hatha yoga Advanced Certificate India
2009 - Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga and Childbirth preparation with Birthlight,
2014 - RainbowKids Yoga Diploma to teach yoga to Kids and Families
2015 - 300 hours Vinyasa flow Teacher Training Diploma at Sampoorna Yoga in India
