I have over 10 years of experience working from sedentary individuals looking to be pain free and have more energy, to top end Crossfit athletes and most recently pro golfers.
No quick fixes, no gimmicks, just hard work and solid training principles. Sometimes it may seem simple, and often times it is because that's what most individuals need.
