We are a small team who are results driven and use the most efficient methods to get you to your goals using different training methods to the mainstream.
Following the norm isn't our way of working. Losing fat is awesome but very short minded. What about also learning how to:
- train on the Gymnastic Rings and Parallel bars
- perform the Snatch & Clean & Jerk
- swing Indian Clubs and train like mythological warrior.
- learn multiple martial arts while you burn fat e.g. Wu Shu, Capoeira, Jiu Jitsu
- move like a cat but have the strength of a gorilla.
So what we've done is create FOUR small group training sessions all aimed at fat loss utilising different strategies to get there. The classes will not only train your body but also your mind. They will be both challenging your strength and endurance but also your coordination.
