Alan Harrison PGA: I became Head PGA Professional at Royal Eastbourne GC in April 2002, after being assistant to former Club Professional Richard Wooller for five years. Since taking the reins I have coached a variety of different standards of player, working closely with the Club's successful Academy programme where I have guided beginners through their golfing journey, equipping them with the golf skills required to go on to full membership. I also experienced some success as a player, with accolades such as Sussex Trainee's Champion 1996, Sussex Assistants Champion 1997, have competed in the Final Qualifying stage for the 1999 Open Championship, have amassed ten Pro-Am victories as well as most recently winning the SPGU Spring Meeting in a tense six man play-off.
