I offer private one to one sessions in your home and office classes. These will be tailor made to your needs whether you are a beginner, want to improve your practice or struggle with health issues.. The various postures help to increase your strength, flexibility and balance. Mindfulness and awareness of body and breath in the postures helps you stay connected. I have over 20 years of experience in teaching yoga and practicing shiatsu body work.
