Our active recovery yoga class operates on the yin yoga principle of allowing your body and mind to work together to passively open and release trapped areas of the body. Enjoy this class in between workouts or on a day off to relieve mental and physical tension. But don't worry you will be challenged because not actively working is actually deceivingly hard work!
