I'm a passionate, caring and genuine golf coach based at two locations. I coach from the state of the art Liam Bond Golf Academy in Chepstow and also Blackwood Golf Club in Caerphilly. I have been playing golf for over 18 years and have been a golf coach since 2013.


I am a kinesthetic golf coach meaning: (using a clients own awareness of the positions of their swing and movement of the parts of the body in the muscles and joints) I do not teach a one method golf swing. I adapt my teaching to each individuals physical capabilities to maximise their game. I also firmly believe in using the mindset effectively to lower scores.


PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS - I offer private one to one golf coaching sessions to men, women and juniors ages 5 and up. I also offer on course coaching sessions at Blackwood Golf Club to help clients develop their real time game. This allows me to look at a clients course management, club selections, mindset, pre shot routine, long game and short game.


COUPLES, GROUPS AND CORPORATE GROUP COACHING HOLIDAYS - I currently own a franchise with Travel Counsellors so I can construct, tailor-make and host 4*/ 5* level golf trips to many destinations worldwide including Thailand, Dubai and Portugal to name a few. With the skills I have as a golf coach I deliver intuitive, exclusive and accelerated golf coaching workshops designed to improve the games of every player in the group no matter their skill level.

ACADEMY GROUP COACHING SESSIONS: I also offer group coaching sessions for a maximum of 10 people at the academy. These will be for junior sessions, beginner sessions for adults, prosecco and beer coaching nights for adults over 18 (during the spring / summer periods)


CHILDRENS BIRTHDAY PARTIES - I can offer childrens birthday parties for up to 10 children at a time at the academy. This will be a fun golf session with blow up dinosaurs, whales and other animals to aim at as targets. It will also include fun games, prizes and goodie bags to get them hooked on golf. We can also offer a space for adults to relax whilst the children have their party and then food afterwards at the local farm shop next door.


WHAT EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES DO I HAVE ACCESS TO? - At the academy we have an indoor private teaching bay, 10 Bay Driving Range (non floodlit)True Strike Driving Range Mats and an indoor GC2 Simulator. We also have all the top training aids in the world from the Tour Rotation Stick, Explanar, Speed Trap, Eyeline Putting Mirror, Swingyde and Leaderboard Training Aids.

Qualifications & Memberships
- Golf Teaching Professional with the European Golf Teachers Federation (Fully Recognised Governing Body With ABC AWARDS)

- UK Coaching Level 1 Safeguarding & Protecting Children Course Governed by ukcoaching.org

- I am also commencing my PGA Qualifcations in May 2020 being fully mentored and by former European Tour Professional Liam Bond from the Liam Bond Golf Academy. (also a PGA professional)

- Former Shotokan (Open Handed) Karate Black Belts by age 13 (one of the youngest in the country at the time) - I use this qualification to advise my clients on how to mentally reach the top of a sport and use meditation / relaxation techniques to feel more grounded and focused during tournament play.

- Lowest round in professional tournament 66 on Par 70 (-4) at Reading Golf Club in Berkshire
- Winner of multiple amateur mens and junior opens in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire counties.
