Carl began his Golfing career in 1996 as assistant professional at Widnes Golf Club. He later he moved on to the Drive Time Driving Range, Warrington and turned Professional when he first came to Childwall Golf Club in 2002. After many years of success at CGC during which he built himself a fine reputation as a respected teacher he left to gain experience including working abroad in Germany, Spain and Portugal before returning to CGC in 2010.
