I spent four years in the British Army as a PTI focusing on pre-deployment/ operational fitness, upon returning from Afghanistan, I then started 6 week transformation challenges.
Within the next few years I became aware of how injury played a vital role in preventing individuals achieve their goals, I furthered my education to include postural analysis & rehabilitation as well as deep tissue sports massage.
Furthermore I took a specialist course in Strength & Conditioning, providing me with the tools necessary to successfully condition athletes to peak performance using Olympic lifting, plyometric & agility training
