A little bit about
Dean Byers (Sunderland)
I’m a strong believer that if you enjoy the process the results will come naturally. I’ve helped lots of clients to achieve their health and fitness goals, as well as showing them new and engaging ways to train.
My expertise lies within functional strength and conditioning. I’ll show you how to combine strength-based Olympic lifting, kettlebell routines and bodyweight exercises, to improve athletic performance.
Using these techniques, you can:
• Increase strength and muscle mass
• Improve mobility/stability
• Reduce body fat
I’ll also give you knowledge of how to maintain a balanced diet around your lifestyle, so you can get the most out of your training, whilst still being able to enjoy your food.
