A short number of years after becoming a pro, I won the Taylor Made National PGA Trainees’ Championship at Valderrama in 1992 by eight shots, and also the Herts. During 2003 I also started out as the Herts Golf Union Head Coach, which continued for the next 3 years until 2006. As a career highlight, I got to play in the Volvo PGA Championship at Wentworth in May 2004. Shortly after I was appointed PGA East Region Captain, in 2005. My last career triumph came in 2009, where I won the Herts PGA Matchplay Championship.
