Community Fitness Week is a brand new initiative launching in 2019 to raise awareness of community fitness and the instructors delivering sessions around the UK. Community Fitness can be anything from a Zumba Fitness class in your community centre, to a small walking group, to Pilates in the local primary school. Fitness can have such a huge impact on a community and helps build one. Besides the obvious fitness benefits, it also build social circles, removes barriers, and looks after mind and body
Qualifications & Memberships
Hearts health club is a ladies only gym, helping women to look and feel fantastic, we have a variety of classes to attend for the community fitness week, and our timetable is varied. We have jacuzzi, sauna available, and free tea and coffee. Our club is very sociable one, with friendly staff always ready to help. There’s personal training available if that’s what you may be interested in. There’s off peak and anytime memberships, we offer a teen membership also a student membership.
