I am an INWA Nordic Walking National Trainer for British Nordic Walking. I run a number of Nordic Walking sessions each week . Nordic Walking is an ideal way of getting fit and then maintaining your fitness. You will burn upto 40% more calories than just walking. You will join friendly mix ability groups with people of all ages taking part. It can burn more calories than slow running and have less strain on your joints.
School visits are also available as I am licensed to teach Nordic Walking to children and run teacher training courses.
Nordic Walking is also ideal for cross training and recovering from injury.
I also take on Personal Training clients who like to work out doors specialising in resistance bands.
I am also a qualified Junior Strength and Conditioning coach working across all sports and activities.
