I believe that tailor-made training programmes and tracking progression is the quickest and most effective way of reaching your fitness goals. I specialise in strength training, muscle hypertrophy & fat loss to help you achieve an aesthetic and proportional physique.
As a lover of bodybuilding I’ve trained in gyms all across the world and I’ve gained knowledge from some of the best trainers and fitness experts stretching from California, Beijing, Johannesburg, Croatia, Singapore to Sydney. This has given me an insight into the differing fitness needs of individuals and how to balance fitness with life.
