Watford Fencing Club
Watford Fencing Club is a friendly club based at the Nuffield Health Fitness Club at the Royal Masonic School for Girls in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire.
Established in 1957, Watford Fencing Club is the oldest fencing club in Hertfordshire. We train fencers with all three weapons being fenced within the club (foil, épée and sabre). We meet every Wednesday 8-10.
Our coaching is lead by our Head Coach Lajos Fazekas who has trained athletes who have competed at World Championships and is assisted by Level 4 Advanced Sabre coach Daren Tee. There is also a fantastic team of equally qualified volunteer coaches.
