As a personal trainer I want to build your confidence from within. I want make you feel confident about yourself both physically and mentally. I believe the gym is a place where everyone is welcome and no one should be made to feel shy or intimidated. If you need some guidance and support or don't feel confident in the gym I am here to support you.
When I first started at the gym I was terrified, but if I can do it, so can you. Whether you are unsure how to use the machines or are too scared to go into the weights section, I was too and through my own experience of lack of self confidence and feeling uncomfortable in the gym I can help you.
I offer Personal Training session mainly focused around weightlifting and high intensity circuits to build muscle, fat loss and improve muscle tone.
