Everything you do is answerable to one question... Will this (activity/exercise/program/goal/diet) make life better at eighty? If the answer is no, don't do it. If exercise ever causes injury, there's something seriously wrong with the programming. Train smart, for longevity.
Reducing stress by addressing lifestyle and diet habits come first. Increasing your ability to move and balance are primary physical goals, no matter what the ultimate goal is.
Nutrition Ethos
Eat real food (that was once alive itself), mostly vegetables. Avoid processed foods, which is 95% of that sold in supermarkets. Anything made from scratch is fair game.
