A little bit about
Amara Patel (Batley)
Hi, I’m Amara and I really love the gym. I'm passionate about strength training and it is my mission to help people (particularly women) understand the benefits of weightlifting; including losing body fat, gaining strength, reducing the risk of injury, improving posture and enhancing mood. I understand how intimidating and overwhelming it can be to step into the free weights area as a beginner, and I aim to teach clients core fundamental exercises with good form so you can feel confident to use the weights alone. Partnering this with some practical nutrition advice, you can make significant changes in your fitness journey.
I absolutely love the process of training as well as the ‘feeling after’, and I hope to pass this enthusiasm onto others. It is only if you enjoy something that you are likely to stick to it!
