I spent my life in fitness, playing different sports and studying at one of best Italian Universities.
I got a bachelor’s degree in Physical Science for Sport and Health which gave me the knowledge about the way how human body works and the techniques to train it to improve all the physical skills.
With my studies and sport experiences, I gained the skills and knowledge that I’ll be happy to pass on to others.
