Andrew Sinclair (Washington)
Hi, I’m Andrew and I have been a successful PT here since April 2016
Overweight as a child, I first saw the benefits of exercise after becoming involved in sport. My appearance changed, I gained confidence and grew as a person. I followed my passion and studied sport in college and university. However, during this time I didn’t train and had poor eating habits. I was stressed and mental state struggling. Before long I was depressed and out of shape. In my final year, I became committed to training and nutrition. I put into practice what I learned and again improved my appearance and mindset. This inspired me to become a Personal Trainer in 2015
I specialise in Body Transformations, using a blend of strength and conditioning techniques and a flexible diet approach. If your goal is to build muscle or lose fat then please get in touch!
