Bryony Phillips (Hull)
I’m very passionate in helping people create a healthy active lifestyle, both physically and mentally. During my own fitness journey I found that a balance of exercise and a balanced diet, massively improved all areas of my life. This is why I became a personal trainer, as I want to impart my knowledge onto you and help you improve your own knowledge and skills.
