You'll get a detailed programme progressing over time, tailored to you! Also a 12 week program to reach specific goals and a 2 week blitz which is intense with great rewards.
Increase metabolism with training & reverse the effects of sedentary habits. So that includes Interval training, Ab&Core & XFit, . So it's all win win! Another result is good cholesterol levels & preventing conditions such as diabetes & high blood pressure. We'll look at current food choices & see what we can tweek to reduce calories. & Stretching/flexibility, my favourite to prevent or recover from injury(speaking from experience!)
