Georgina Creed (Liverpool)
JD Gyms Liverpool is a state-of-the-art facility with the very best fitness equipment, studios, saunas and a sprint and prowler track. Plus vast free weights and functional areas.
I’m Georgina and I have been a personal trainer for a year now, but my training experience tells a different story. I’ve had a consistent training regime since I joined athletics 12 years ago. Training has always been about improving performance, movement, posture and flexibility with the use of body-weight, free weights and resistance bands to create fun and challenging workouts.
I now dedicate my time to showing you how exercise can be more than treadmills and gym machines and how healthy eating is more than just juices and salads. I aim to improve your understandings of fat loss and maintainable healthy living for an improved quality of life.
