Whether you are attempting to start a brand new healthy lifestyle for the first time, trying to get back on track or maybe you want to learn something new.
My own training style is focused on weighted calisthenics (bodyweight) with a emphasis on gymnastic style mobility and flexibility training being at the forefront to all my workouts. With a little bit of dedication you can unlock skills never ever thought possible like Planche, front leaver, muscle ups and handstands.
