About 9 years ago when I first joined the gym, I was terrified. I wanted to lift weights but I wasn’t able to. I was far too intimidated to go on anything but the treadmills. This lack of confidence I had is the reason why I became a PT; to help people build up the same confidence that I needed to. My aim as a PT is not to just get you to achieve your own personal goals, but to be confident enough to not need me and maintain it on your own. The main people I deal with are people who want to lose weight, tone up and build muscle. I listen to your wants and your needs to devise a sustainable plan around your lifestyle. If you like to drink on the weekend or over indulge on specific days or occasions, that’s fine. If you let me know, I’ll show you how to fit that in to your lifestyle whilst still achieving everything in the gym.
