Being active has been a very influential and substantial part of my life, and it has been since I was
very young. I played Rugby Union and Football up until the age of 15 which is when I put down
my boots for good and starting training in the gym environment. Taking that step into a gym environment at such a young age often surrounded by men and women who knew what they were doing was daunting and intimidated me, and for the first time in a very long time I felt as if I didn’t belong.
My aim as your coach is to listen to you, help you attain your goals and maintain them in the most sustainable and fun way possible
