A little bit about
Kamil Prusinowski (Coventry)
Exercise no only helps you look good but it also help prevent illnesses, gives us more energy and overall enhances our quality of life. Having been involved in competitive sports from young age , this is something I have always known. In my home country of Poland I was a member of a successful rowing team, so competing and training have always been a big part of my life.
Another passion of mine is functional style training, and I have competed nationally over the last 2 years. My approach to training is very much influenced by this, and I offer a combination of strength training and high intensity interval training (HIIT). This is a challenging and effective style of training designed to build muscle and strip fat, as well as improve overall fitness and flexibility.
