As part of 'Know Your Worth Personal Training', the aim is to help achieve whatever your goals may be whilst making the sessions as challenging and enjoyable as possible. I have experience with clients using different methods involving weights, HIIT, sport-specific, functional training as well as other types of training. In regards to myself, i have experience training in weights, strength and conditioning, mixed martial arts, wrestling as well as participating soccer and american football.
