Everyone has their starting point in their fitness journey. In 2017 I started mine as an underweight and unconfident individual. I changed my physical appearance and mindset by studying, researching and implementing all the knowledge gained from higher education.
As stated above training didn't just help me physically it also helped me mentally when it came to focusing on tasks at work, college and in the gym. I am completely dedicated to helping people make a positive change to their lifestyle whether it be at home, work or in the gym.
