Hi my name is Luke, I have been in the fitness industry for over 8 years. I have a keen interest in endurance events such as: Triathlon and Marathon. I take pride in my work and satisfaction from helping others achieve fitness success.
I use my knowledge attained from my fitness career, sporting history and academic achievements to deliver individualised, well-structured programmes of support.
My specialist areas are in sustainable fat-loss and preparation for endurance events. However, I work with all types of clients, from those wanting weight-loss, to those looking to build muscle, to those just wanting to stay fit into later life. Pre-and Post Natal fitness planning, Boxercise and Body transformation plans for special occasions are available.
