As a passionate Personal Trainer with 10 years experience, it is my sole objective for you to enjoy yourself whilst achieving your goals. Whether it be body fat reduction, muscle gain, stamina improvement or overall body confidence.
I have a background in Powerlifting, white collar boxing and bodybuilding, last year I placed 2nd in the NAC Mr Athletic category; I believe it’s always important to have a goal and set new challenges so each year I do something different to keep me motivated.
