My time as a Chef taught me that food is very important, so I can help with creating a good healthy, balanced, nutritious and most importantly delicious diet, as diet is not a short term thing, so I will help you make better decisions in developing a ever changing varied diet, plus some tricks too help burn extra subcutaneous fat.
My biggest skill is simply I make training fun, entertaining yet very safe, if its boring and painful then you will soon quit, so I have developed a lot of my own systems, based on some of the most effective training systems and, best Coaches I have found on my own health and wellness journey.
