A little bit about
Sam Shaw (Wolverhampton)
My vision as a personal trainer is to create an environment that not only provides you with the right knowledge and reputable training, but also empowers you to continually challenge yourself in a fun and rewarding manner.
My real passion for fitness progressed through martial arts. I have been training in full contact kickboxing for over eight years and during that time have achieved a black belt and won the pro am ladies bantamweight English title.
