Hi there my name is Tom. I have been Personal Training with JDgyms for the last 2 years. My aim as a Personal Trainer is to help others become the strongest version of themselves both physically and mentally, whilst making the process as fun and enjoyable as possible.
I help my clients to achieve a balanced lifestyle and create a motivating environment for then to work in. As a result, they a rewarded with the goals they set out to achieve and them some, whether it be reducing bodyfat, building muscle, or rehabilitative training.
