Tom Logan (Preston)
I am committed to providing the most up to date and useful information to my clients to help with their nutrition, technique and general fitness
I believe training and dieting with the proper knowledge and guidance cannot only be effective, enjoyable but most importantly sustainable, as working out shouldn’t be a chore! All whilst not being invasive to your lifestyle outside of the gym, but rather enhancing it, as it does with my skiing.
If you want to lose body fat, build muscle or become stronger I am certain I can give you the tools, guidance and motivation you need to get where you want to be, whether you’re a novice or a regular gym goer!
