Hi, my name is William and I am a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer at jd gym derby.
I can train you to achieve your fitness and nutrition goals whatever they be, from:

I have previously worked and trained with the London Fire Brigade in roles in which I learned to navigate through structures in total darkness with various obsticles blocking your path wearing full gear. The goal is to rescue people from dangerous environments as part of a team.
I have achieved my own fitness goals, one of which was to run 1.5 milies in a time of 9:40 and losing a stone of body fat through training and eating correctly. Anyone can achieve their goals through determination, and with correct guidance.
