Hi I'm Zavia!
I take a whole body approach when coaching, I look at muscular skeletal imbalances, nutrition and mental wellbeing, this allows me to tailor specific programs to every individual to ensure they are working towards their goal in the most efficient way.
I'm an ex pole vaulter and sprinter, I have a great knowledge of training for speed and perfecting the running technique.
I also love teaching people how to lift weights, to improve strength/ fitness as well as changing body composition.
I'm extremely friendly so feel free to come and have a chat, whether it's for advice on growing the gluteus (bum), how hormones and sleep can effect training or what supplement's best to help you absorb nutrients from the foods you are eating.
