My name is Julian Dodsworth, I am originally from Yorkshire, but moved to Stratford upon Avon in 1994. In the December of 1995 I became the Assistant Professional at Stratford on Avon Golf Club and I held that position until the March of 2008 when I became the Head Professional. I am very proud to hold this position at a club which has a very long and distinguished history, including one very famous captain, Samuel Ryder. We at Stratford are fortunate to play on one of the finest parkland courses in the Midlands and also one of the very best maintained courses. We are never on temporary greens and we only really close for snow, which doesn’t happen often.
