I've been passionate about fitness all my life, which led me to pursue a career as a personal trainer because I've always wanted to share my passion with others. Over the course of my coaching career, I've developed an enviably comprehensive knowledge of how best to help my clients achieve their goals, whether performance-based or achievement-based, better body composition through weight loss and muscle gain.
My personal training focus is on rehabilitation, which I think is my forte as a personal trainer. I adopt a customer-centric approach, where your goals and likes/dislikes are at the forefront of your training. In working with me, I hope to not only educate you on the "whys" of exercise and nutrition, but also help you build your confidence and promote healthy lifestyle changes you can make maintained for the rest of your life.
