A little bit about
Matt Tagg
Hi, I’m Matt, my passion for health and fitness was first realised when I was around 11 years of age. I was really overweight as a child and at the age of 10 I weighed close to 19 stone and couldn’t even walk up the stairs without being out of breath, it felt like I had just ran a marathon, this is when I realised had to change my way of life for the better. I started to play more sports and incorporate a lot of cardio type training into my life, which help me kick start my weight loss.
By researching in depth about nutrition I designed my own food plans which helped me swap out all the less nutrious foods and replace them with nutritious foods, this helped me lose 5 stone in as many months.
