Stacey is an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who understands the importance of assessing clients as individuals and focusing on their personal requirements and goals when designing tailor made fitness programs. Stacey has always had a passion for health and fitness, gaining her REPS level 2 as a fitness instructor in 2011 and then gaining her Level 3 as a Personal Trainer in 2012. She thrives on helping all she meets to achieve their full potential through educating, empowering and supporting them through their personal fitness and health journey. Stacey strives to make sure her sessions are interesting and challenging. Her main goal is that each client leaves feeling motivated, energised and with a sense of accomplishment.
