I don't know what people expect to read when they look at profiles of trainers. Really all you want to know is what that means for you right?! Well it means that you can be a 70 year old who wants to stay mobile and fit to play on the floor with the grandkids or a 20 year old athlete who needs to produce more power and be more skilful in your chosen sport to win more and I'm equally happy working with you both.....and anyone in between! How, well actually understanding you, what's important to you and how you like to train so I can make it a fun experience whilst we train is more important the the exercises themselves. There are millions of exercises and tweaks and variable we can make.... we will get the right exercises by 'getting' you!
