I have been involved in sport and fitness since I was old enough to throw a ball.
Having been brought up on a farm I feel I know what functional movement is about. I served in the Army for 7 years before training for a career in the fitness industry, this experience has taught me that you can achieve almost anything if you put your mind to it.
