I started to prepare for my attempt to gain a Senior Tour card in 2007. I was 46. I knew there was a lot of hard work ahead and I am grateful to 5 people who are experts in their own fields who continue to help me a great deal. My Physio kept putting me back together and latterly I used a Sports Massage therapist and Pilates exercises to get me through my first year on Tour.

These are all very important aspects to my career and I feel they have made a dramatic difference to my golf and more, importantly, my confidence. I feel 15 years younger, stronger, fitter, more in balance, and have increased flexibility all of which are vital in all sports not just golf!
